With over 30 years of combined manufacturing experience we can help you refine exsisting processes or create new ones.

Process and Customer Requirements Research

The first step is to get an overview from the customer on what the current process is and what parts of that process will be improved. Typically this would include information like production rates, assembly requirements, variety of parts used, project completion dates, and a rough project budget.

Rough Quoting and Design Review

The next step is the generation of a rough quote along with supporting documents such as renderings and animations to describe what the final process might look like. At this stage the project is still very fluid and changes to the requirements can easily be accommodated.

Final Quoting

After all requirements have been fully documented and the project has been reviewed a final quote is produced which specifies the cost of the work to be done and the timeline in which it will be completed.

Prototyping and Verification

Next we enter into a prototyping stage of the project, where we want to ensure we meet customer expectations. Any part of the process that is critical, unknown, or uncertain is before the final solution is created.

Building the solution

After we have eliminated as much uncertainty as possible the final drawings for the process are created, components are specified, and the build begins.

Initial Test Runs

Once the build is complete the the process is fully electrically, pneumatically, and programmatically tested. Customer parts are put through the machine multiple times and any design problems that remain are identified.

process Qualification

Process qualification is the last step before the solution is shipped. A qualification plan is created with the customer to ensure that the solution meets key design requirements which often include things like cycle time, reliability, quality of the produced parts. This is also when we verify that any safety concerns regarding the process have been fully addressed.

Shipment

The solution is then shipped to the customer and put into the customers hands. Once it is in place a training session with operators and/or support staff is provided if needed.

Long Term Support

Long term support is always available along with replacement parts and in some cases component drawings so that the customer can have wear parts produced by a 3rd party.
